You have exactly 60 calendar days from the specific date your package was marked as “Delivered” by the logistics carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to initiate a request for a full refund or an item exchange. If 60 calendar days have elapsed since your recorded delivery date, we unfortunately cannot approve a refund, store credit, or product replacement.

Please do not send parcels back to our physical corporate office or to the address printed on your original parcel box without obtaining prior authorization.
Once your package is safely delivered back to our facilities, it enters our automated checking and financial ledger queue.
Our dedicated warehouse inspection team will unbox, verify, and document the physical condition of the item within 2 business days of receiving the package. We will immediately dispatch a formal email notification confirming that your returned item has arrived safely and stating whether your return has been approved or declined based on the physical parameters established in Section 2.
Following formal approval, your financial refund will be executed immediately. The full purchase amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Google Pay).

Please note that while our processing is finalized inside this 7-day window, individual banking institutions and credit card companies may require an additional 2 to 4 business days to post the cleared funds to your public account balance. If your order arrives containing visible manufacturing imperfections, physical cracks in your Thermos, structurally warped Slides, or incorrect design prints on your Hats, please flag this error immediately. Defective or incorrect shipments are prioritized instantly for rapid item exchange or an expedited refund.
