At Thanepoclothing, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 60 calendar days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Include the original packaging and tags.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for approved returns within the United States.

After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

• The reason for the return

Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for items that:

• Show signs of use or damage after delivery.
• Are returned without original packaging or tags.
• Are returned after the 60-day return period.
• Cannot be verified with proof of purchase.
